What should I include in my message?
If your enquiry is about an order, include your order number, name, email address and a clear description of the issue.

When will Gustharts reply?
Our online opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. We aim to respond as soon as possible during these hours.
Can I get help choosing PPE or climbing equipment?
Yes. Our team can help with chainsaw trousers, boots, helmets, harnesses, climbing ropes, lanyards, rigging equipment and related arborist kit.
